These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop [www.deinewebsite.ch], and by using the online store, you agree to the following terms outlined in this agreement. It is crucial for every customer to review these terms before proceeding with any transactions.
The contract between the customer and the webshop is concluded as soon as the customer completes the ordering process in the online shop and receives an order confirmation email. The confirmation email will contain all details of the order, including product information, prices, and delivery terms, thereby completing the contractual agreement.
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including the applicable statutory VAT. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, TWINT, and prepayment. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, and the order will not be processed until payment is successfully received. You agree to the terms of payment provided during checkout.
Delivery is available within Switzerland only, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are offered at a flat rate of CHF [amount], or free for orders exceeding CHF [amount]. Delivery times are typically 2–5 working days, depending on the location. Risk passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider for delivery.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland; however, we voluntarily grant a return right of [e.g. 14 days] after receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, and refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected by our team.
The statutory warranty period of 2 years for manufacturing defects applies, ensuring that any faulty products are replaced or repaired at no additional cost. No liability is accepted for damages caused by improper use, wear and tear, or force majeure. In addition, any further liability is excluded, to the extent permitted by law, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from product issues.

Swiss law applies exclusively to this agreement and all transactions conducted through our online store. In case of any disputes or legal actions, the place of jurisdiction will be at the location of our company headquarters, unless a mandatory legal jurisdiction in a different location is stipulated by law.
